Meet Jenna

Jenna is an author and guide based in Northern California. She splits her time between the Bay Area and Sacramento, where she peacefully nests with her two young sons and co-parent ex.

After spending a decade designing transformative experiences for leaders and coaches as a strategy consultant and experience designer—and a lifetime learning her own lessons about love, loss and relating—she has launched her own practice helping people navigating a wide variety of challenging and unconventional relational dynamics so they can reclaim their inner sovereignty, innate wholeness and self-love.
