My work is rooted in lived experience.
Grief shattered me in my twenties, motherhood grounded me in my thirties, spiritual awakenings rewired me in my thirties and forties, and relationships (still) show me everything I have yet to heal.
On the personal side—I've spent the last decade integrating these initiations through psychological study, somatic and nervous system healing, and IFS-style parts and shadow work so that I can help others do the same.
On the professional side—I became a certified coach eight years ago and have spent the last decade designing transformative learning experiences for leaders as a management consultant and as a design leader at the world's largest mobile coaching company,
This work isn't just an intellectual exercise—my practice has all become deeply embodied. I've spent 14 years in relationships with partners exhibiting narcissistic traits. I've redefined my monogamous relationship structure, navigated divorce and built a collaborative co-parenting dynamic. I've had more than my fair share of my own awakenings—spiritual, sexual, autistic, and professional. Everything I teach, I've walked through myself first.

I create a non-judgmental, loving, and gently curious container for witnessing the deepest excavations of your truest self. I hold space for the sacred and the human at the same time. I'm here to hold the messy undoing.
I especially love working with high-masking, late and undiagnosed AuDHD people who are ready to unpack how their unrecognized neurodivergence contributed to their relational struggles in the past—and how it also holds the key to their expansion.
Unraveling rarely fits neatly
into a single tidy box
—so my work doesn't either.
Awakenings of all types tend to create ripples into other areas of your life. A spiritual awakening might trigger a sexual awakening, which might trigger a relational awakening, which might trigger an unraveling in your career... you get it. I support your multi-dimensional expansion and have a particular knack for being able to connect the threads from one area of your life into the others.
The unifying principle behind all of my work is sovereignty, which is being your own authority in your life—energetically, emotionally, spiritually. Sovereignty means your sense of worth, safety, and truth resides inside of you and not in anyone else's opinion, approval, or behavior toward you. It means collapsing the loops of performance, projection, and people-pleasing that have kept you small or stuck.
Once you reclaim this kind of self-governance, everything shifts. Your relationships reorganize themselves, your boundaries get cleaner, and your nervous system softens and relaxes. The performative masks start to fall away and as you become less afraid of collapse, you may even start to welcome it.
Regardless of what is unraveling for you, the core invitation is always the same: remember how to come back to yourself. Learn to see and release yourself from the societal conditioning that's limiting you. Get honest about how the adaptations you once relied on to stay safe are no longer working and are now ready to be released. Find and feel the feelings that you've been avoiding. Integrate the lost shadow parts of yourself. Remember your power and reclaim it.
From this place of sovereignty, everything becomes more possible—authentic relationships, spiritual clarity, creative expression, nervous system healing. It's all interconnected, and it's all sourced from within.
I can help show you how it's done.
On a more personal note...
- I am a mother to two spirited little boys, who help me connect to my own wild inner child.
- I'm based in Northern California, and split my time between the Bay Area and Sacramento. I have a peaceful, stable "nesting" arrangement with my co-parent (and made a guide if you are interested in doing the same!)
- I'm a textbook high-masking, late-diagnosed AuDHD woman who became aware of my neurodivergence through my child's autism diagnosis. Unmasking my autism has transformed how I experience loving relationships, and I consider my autistic neurotype central to my spiritual development, intuitive awareness, and deep emotional sensitivity.
- My father died from suicide when I was 20 and learning how to continuously transmute this grief has been the key to so much of my expansion into love.
- I practice polyamory, am sex- and kink-positive, and identify as pansexual.
