1:1 Coaching Package
Packages are customized depending on the level of support required, starting with a $2,000 retainer.
- Deep dive sessions—2+hr open-ended sessions for deep shadow work and intuitive guidance, scheduled every 4–6 weeks, or as needed ($250/hr)
- Async—text, voice memo and video memo support (unlimited)

Group Integration Circles
Designed so that you can join anytime, and you benefit from the balance between familiarity and fresh faces in your groups. Available in 3-month packages for $1,500, which you can renew as many times as you like.
Includes:
- Bi-weekly 90-min group integration sessions (in groups of 4-6)
- Bi-weekly office hours (sign up or drop in for 15-min of 1:1 support)
- Async—text, voice memo and video message support (unlimited)

Single Deep Dive Session
Designed to be accessible and impactful. You'll walk away with much more value than you could get in a typical coaching session, and be able to decide whether you might benefit from an Integration Circle or High-Touch 1:1 package. $500 for a 2.5 hour session.
